How to make:
All ingredients to shake dry, then shake with ice and double strain in an Old fashionned glass with a big ice cube.
| 1 2/3 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 1 fl oz | Dry vermouth |
| 1 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 fl oz | Double cream / heavy cream |
| 1 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
