Stir It Up Cocktail Competition

UK bartenders who missed the opportunity to enter the Stir It Up cocktail competition have another opportunity to get involved and earn themselves a spectacular all-expenses paid trip to Ireland.

Stir It Up, developed by Matthew Clark and supported by a wide range of brands, debuted in 2018. From its success last year, it returned searching for the best up and coming bartender in February 2019.

How the Wildcard works

The Wildcard round is an extra element to the Stir It Up competition and offers the top four Wildcard finalists a place at the Stir It Up finals.

Four finalists will be selected from the entries by Pernod Ricard UK to go head to head for first place during the Stir It Up finals in London on 1 May 2019. To enter, simply share your signature cocktail recipe by 12 April 2019 for your chance to be this year's Wildcard Champion.

The prize

The Wildcard Champion will take home a three-day all-expenses paid trip for two to Dublin including a visit to the Jameson distillery.

How to enter

Share your own signature serve on Instagram using #STIRITUPWILD and tag @MatthewClarkLtd and @PernodRicardUK. Post your cocktail now as you only have until 12 April 2019 to enter.

Don't forget your cocktail must be served within 60 seconds and include a base ingredient from Pernod Ricard UK brands (Absolut, Jameson, Beefeater, Havana Club, Monkey 47 or Malibu).
