"Long Live The Fighters" is an initiative that aims to increase the visibility and appreciation for Filipino culture compared to other well-known countries and raise our industry as a whole. The goal is to provide Filipino food and beverage workers with more opportunities within the country.

Long Live The Fighters

The main problem of the Filipino Food and Beverage industry is the lack of global recognition and representation. Despite having a large number of world-class Filipino food and beverage workers and unique ingredients only available in our country, there is a wide gap in terms of visibility and appreciation for our culture compared to other well-known countries.

To close the gap, we want to strengthen our cultural promotion by championing the everyday hardworking Filipino workers especially in this industry we work in. Industry stakeholders as a whole can promote our talent through diplomacy initiatives concerning our food and beverage culture by collaboration on a global scale with our counterparts. We would also love to promote Filipino food and beverages in an international market by showcasing them on a global platform that would educate the whole world that there is so much more to offer in this country of ours. Raising this matter at hand brings a wider perspective of how the whole food and beverage scene works here in the Philippines and boosts economic advantages and growth to further the betterment of every single one in this industry.

With all these key points in mind, we would have more visibility that significantly raises our industry as a whole. We hope to provide the Filipino food and beverage workers with more opportunities within the country and give them more creative outlets with the things that we would be able to offer.
