UK bartenders are invited to showcase the versatility of Italian vermouth, Antica Formula, in the first ever cocktail competition held by the brand.
The prize on offer for four regional winners is a VIP trip to Milan to visit the Fratelli Branca Distillery.

Competitors will be asked to demonstrate their knowledge of the history and character of Antica Formula, and present a unique aperitivo drink based on one of three classics; the Negroni, Americano or Hanky Panky.
The shortlisted finalists will be invited to one of four regional heats, to be held in Scotland, London, the North West and the Midlands, where they will participate in two rounds.
Round one: Consistent classics
Competitors will be asked to make their chosen classic cocktail individually for each of the judges and will be assessed on consistency.
Round two: So you think you can Aperitivo?
Competitors will present to the judges their aperitivo creation, submitted as part of their initial entry.
