30 ml Pineapple and Sherry Shrub (Homemade)
5 ml Buff
15 ml Martini Bitter
1 dash Habanero tincture (Homemade)

Shaken and strained over a large ice cube into an Old-Fashioned glass coated with a peaty salt and spice mix.

This tipple is garnished with dehydrated and caramelized fruit.
