Flavoured with essential oil from the Eucalyptus tree, eucalyptus syrup is used as a cocktail ingredient.
Brands of proprietary eucalyptus syrups, such as William Fox are available or you can make your own by adding three drops of organic edible eucalyptus essential oil to 250ml of 65° brix sugar syrup (2 parts sugar to 1 part water) and shake well. Store in a refrigerator and use within six weeks. Shake before each use.
