Fish House Punch
Tea tannins and lemon juice dry and sour this cognac and rum-laced punch with rich peach liqueur balancing and adding fruit appeal

We'd run out of Cognac and thought: Pisco, why not? We sort of think of it as the fun brandy. Anyway, it worked nicely for us. But we'll come back to the original...maybe it will be a bit 'deeper'.
