A pungent Daiquiri with the intense flavour of Navy Rum

Two dashes of angostura bitters really kicks this one up!

Used Pusser's Gunpowder Proof... A touch too weighty for a Daiquiri, but kinda damn tasty... Reducing the syrup to 10 ml allowed the grapefruit and lime to express more clearly. Improved the drink as a result.

Gentle and easy to drink daiquiri. Loved the Navy rum and the hint of grapefruit. Wonderful sweet and sour taste.
