A Vesper-style Dry Martini smoked with a spoon-full of Speyside whisky

This was great, and not what the comments prepared me to drink. It is more vesper-like than a martini, and the additional of the peated Whisky added a lovely touch.

I believe that the vodka got added recently, and the proportions were changed a bit. Not a great move in my opinion.
