Didn't have Vanilla Bitters so used 2 or 3 drops of vanilla extract + angostura. Liked it a lot
Any recommendations on how to make the oat water? Simply soak the oats in water? Should I blend it afterward?

A Brazilian acquaintance recently guided me in making many of these, except we used 1 lime per serving, and I couldn't fault it. Perhaps it was the sun and farofa.
1 lime is definitely the Brazilian way in my experience
