Really like this one. Kirschwasser can be nicelly swapped with gin. I don't have vanilla vodka, so I just add vanilla paste or natural vanilla flavoring.

Any recommendations on how to make the oat water? Simply soak the oats in water? Should I blend it afterward?

A Brazilian acquaintance recently guided me in making many of these, except we used 1 lime per serving, and I couldn't fault it. Perhaps it was the sun and farofa.
1 lime is definitely the Brazilian way in my experience
