Really enjoyed the flavors in this. Maybe needs a little more acidic bite or a slight effervescence from ginger beer? The only turn off for me might be the viscosity. I used my excellent homemade Coco Lopez substitute. Could be the culprit.

Yup, a whopping 45ml of bitters. Has to be tried to be believed.
