A delicious sour. If, according to the recipe as specified, it is too much on the sweet side for you, as it is for us, the only recourse is to dial down the syrup (we take it down to 2.5ml)...don't be tempted to reduce the Yellow Chartreuse as this will just knock the drink out of balance.
