Roman Highball
Refreshing and Pimm's Cup-like. A great long drink to come home to

More subtle than I expected, a very pleasant drink. I like to add Scrappy’s Fire Tincture to bring some bite to the ginger.

1.5 fl oz Averna, .75 fl oz Domaine De Canton, .5 fl oz fresh lime, 1 fl oz Schweppes Soda. Very tasty. Kind of like a spiced rum and coke w/ lime, with a subtle bitterness that lingers on the tongue.

An easy drinking and refreshing cocktail. A little sour and a little spiced. I used 1/12 oz fiber & co fiery ginger syrup instead of ginger cube.
