1 1/2 fl oz Amaro (e.g. Averna)
3/4 fl oz Ginger liqueur
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 2/3 fl oz Thomas Henry Soda Water (chilled)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Highball (max 10oz/300ml) glass.
  2. Prepare skewered crystallised ginger for garnish.
  3. SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. TOP with soda.
  6. Garnish with skewered crystallised ginger.
