Lovely Lovely. Even with cheapish champers and some rather scratty limes this was very palatable. Not too sweet but might add a bit more elderflower next time.
Excellent cocktail. Just served it up with our tapas supper - great match. Had to improvise though as did not have blood orange juice nor rose bubbly. Instead used regular orange juice and made the drink pink with grenadine syrup as well as the orange bitters. Topped it up with very fine sparkling wine from the BURNT HOUSE winery in Suffolk. Delicious cos my wife said so!!!
