Last Aviator

The original recipe is closer to equal parts, but I find the floral and bitter notes overpowering, so I've reined back somewhat in this interpretation

I made it with Campari first and then did Aperol. I’m not a big fan of bitter, so I preferred the Aperol version. But my friends who enjoy Campari loved the original.

It's like a Paper Plane flew it's last flight on gin! Delicious! I used Aperol. I might try again with Campari to see the difference.
