Gosh, I love this. I had a Purdey’s Raspberry and Rose yesterday and thought the flavours would work well together in a cocktail. I also had a miniature of Absolut Raspberri from the post-Christmas End of Shame that I’d hitherto found no use for, and so a quick search on Difford’s brought me to this recipe. I had no Aviation so used Roku and am delighted with the result. Floral without being overpowering; sweet without being sickly. A genuine joy to drink. I feel that a Turkish delight garnish would be a nice touch. I’ll be coming back to this again and again.
