I found this edition to be way more aggressive( in a good way) in taste than the classic del maguey. This is the smokiest mezcal I’ve tried so far, touch of herbal flavours makes it even more appealing. The savoury undertones wake up your appetite and help bind all the flavours together. Simply lovely.
