Pineapple in cocktails is hard to beat in summer. I admit I don't really like the packaged juice available locally as although it's labelled as "Pineapple Juice" and "100% Juice", it's misleading because it's mixed with apple juice. It's not as good as fresh. But fresh pineapple juice is such a PAIN to produce.
