Would grapefruit bitters work in place of the grapefruit garnish? And if so, how much to add?

Grapefruit bitters will add more bitterness and less zesty notes but worth trying. Quantity depends on your brand of bitters. If strong, like Bob’s Bitters, 4 to 6 drops should suffice.
