Scrolled through the site looking for a recipe using sparkling apple juice and thought I would try this one.
I subbed in Chambord for the Framboise and used a pistachio orgeat I made as the syrup, but kept the ratios the same. The floral and bitter notes from the orgeat pair well with the apple-lime flavors.
