This drink combines the fever quenching G&T with medicinal lavender and flavoursome mezcal from the Mexican territories where us Brits are susceptible...

I did it without the lavender syrup and its good. I was a bit sceptical to mix all of that together but you really feel each of the ingredient the fragrant and peppery gin, the smokiness of mezcal and even the bitterness of tonic (I used Fever tree). Really interesting.
