How to make:
SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. Top with a splash of tonic water.

2/3 fl oz | Triple sec liqueur (40% alc./vol.) |
1/2 fl oz | Del Maguey Vida Clásico mezcal |
5/12 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/6 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/6 fl oz | Lavender sugar syrup |
1/3 fl oz | Thomas Henry Tonic Water |

This drink combines the fever quenching G&T with medicinal lavender and flavoursome mezcal from the Mexican territories where us Brits are susceptible to "fever... give me fever. What a lovely way to burn."
