Flamed lemon zest twist
How to make:
SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. Top with a splash of tonic water.

|2/3 fl oz||Triple sec liqueur (40% alc./vol.)|
|1/2 fl oz||Del Maguey Vida Clásico mezcal|
|5/12 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/6 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/6 fl oz||Lavender sugar syrup|
|1/3 fl oz||Thomas Henry Tonic Water|

This drink combines the fever quenching G&T with medicinal lavender and flavoursome mezcal from the Mexican territories where us Brits are susceptible to "fever... give me fever. What a lovely way to burn."
