Review:

The perfect digestif Martini. Mastiha and white crème de menthe - both renowned for their digestive properties - add cooling freshness to this wet, lightly sweetened Martini.

We used Acqua Bianca in place of creme de menthe and, in pursuit of complexity, went with Bob's chocolate bitters instead of the prescribed mint. Worked for us. Another Martini variant that is persuading us to the virtues of this cocktail.
