I accidentally reversed the mint and peach amounts on this (someone was talking to me!), but I rather enjoyed it nonetheless. I thought it would be too sweet, but actually not. (I realised my mistake halfway, and so actually increased the mint to 7.5 ml).

I agree with Jeremy - as a pre-dinner cocktail at least it benefits from a smidge more peach, but very drinkable either way.

Interesting. Not scarily minty. The lemon adds contrast, the peach softens it all, (though I added a more generous 10ml).

I used the clear Crème de Menthe, by Briottet. A simple, tasty sour.
