History:

Adapted from a recipe created in 2022 by Jason E. Clapham at the St. Edward's MCR at Oxford, England who says, "This vintage-style drink is an enhancement of the rather basic Starboard Light from the Café Royal Cocktail Book. A small amount of Giffard's Crème de Pêche de Vigne serves to bridge the lemon and mint flavours, and lends the drink a hint of elegance.

I agree with Jeremy - as a pre-dinner cocktail at least it benefits from a smidge more peach, but very drinkable either way.

Interesting. Not scarily minty. The lemon adds contrast, the peach softens it all, (though I added a more generous 10ml).

I used the clear Crème de Menthe, by Briottet. A simple, tasty sour.
