We love a fiery cocktail and tried this, in succession, with Tabasco (vinegar based), Sriracha (water based) and chilli tincture. For us, just one dash of the chilli tincture was perfect; the sauces imparted a flavour that interfered with the Mezcal and liqueur. If you love the flavour of passionfruit, our humble advice is to have one of these and give a wide berth to the ostentatiously overrated 'Pornstar' cocktails.
