As the name kind of implies, this would make a great brunch cocktail.

Made this with reconstituted powdered egg white. Worked great. I’d prefer it a bit sweeter, though. Would it be better to replace the dry vermouth with Bianco, or add a tsp of simple syrup?

Sorry if I'm wrong, but I think the photo is not the correct one. Also, do you have to dry shake this cocktail?

Thanks, Olga. You're right on both counts! Yes, better with a dry shake - I've amended above. It's a very old image and does indeed look wrong. I'll replace it after our next photo shoot.
