Reminiscent of lightly fruity iced coffee with pleasing chocolaty notes

I didn't have any pineapple jam or cold shots of espresso, so I used 30 ml of pineapple rum and 30 ml of espresso vodka. And added 20 ml of sugar syrup to make up for the sugar in the jam. It worked out 0K!
