Original and a rather complex evening drink. A bit of additional dilution makes it more pleasant.

This is a excellent aperitif. Instead of Calvados, used Laird's 86 applejack (86 proof - not quite the bottled-in-bond). Wonderful blend of falvours. A little bitter with the lovely after taste of apple. WOW.

Mezcal and Fernet can technically go in the same glass, not sure if they should though...
Surprisingly still get a little bit of apple.
54 proof but feels like 80-100.
