That might be the most 'complex' 'grape' flavor I've ever experienced in a cocktail. PF 1840, Byrrh, Sangue Morlacco, Lustau Amontillado... The initial hit wasn't anything remarkable but, wow!, the aftertaste.
Thought this might be too much on the sweet side. But the two wines balance it perfectly - tho still sweet leaning as indicated by the rating. Beautifully balanced as always from Jason Clapham. Wonderful as a winter or even Christmas dessert.
