Like the Long Island Iced Tea, the Quattro Bianchi uses "all the white spirits in the well" but is a tad dryer than most renditions of the LA Iced Tea

Surprisingly lame/tame. Not tart/sweet enough? The void from the no-cola is deafening. I guess this had to be a thing? I may just experiment with different fizzy toppers now though, hmm...

Dangerous, but in a very good way. Slightly tart and very refreshing. All ingredients blend well together. It is very easy to drink and not realize the amount of alcohol in the cocktail.
Perfect anytime, but excellent on a warm afternoon.
Being in Southern California (San Diego) we had our cocktail with a spicy batch of guacamole and corn tortilla chips/crisps.
