Finally! A good cherry-centered cocktail that doesn't taste like medicine! I tried it a second time with 1/4 oz of amaretto, and I highly recommend it.

Quite nice, but I think it was a bit better with lemon juice than lime juice.
Better than I thought it would be! I can see this being too sweet for some, but in that case you could add a touch more gin or some club soda to stretch it out a bit.
Apricot liqueur, Sloe gin liqueur, Lime juice, Gin, Tonic water
Increasing the grapefruit juice helps this very much. It's noticeable enough otherwise.
Quite nice, but it's nicer when the syrup is removed and the brandy is increased.
Thank you, Susanna McMahon! Absolutely delicious. It's really interesting that this cocktail was made in 2021, but could have been made decades ago. With these classic ingredients, I assumed it would be older.
This is SO sweet. For a better, more balanced version, I'd recommend replacing the limoncello with another oz of vodka and adding 2/3 oz of lemon juice instead; this, for me, maintained the fruity dessert aspect while allowing me to actually taste the strawberry and citrus flavours (and it still looked pink!). I totally get what the creator was going for, but the original recipe is overpoweringly sweet.
Blended light 3-5yo rum, Orange Curaçao, Banana liqueur, Lime juice, Orgeat syrup
This works really well! I'm genuinely surprised this isn't more well-known; it seems like it should be, considering a lot of popular drinks nowadays use unusual but accessible ingredients (ie. ginger root) to make a wide but balanced taste.
I don't know what the other commenters are talking about. I really enjoyed this and was pleasantly surprised. Perhaps it's because my dashes of bitters are a bit more voluminous than other people's, but this was a nice surprise. Yes, it's like a Sidecar, but this is still good.
Vodka, Bénédictine D.O.M., Apricot liqueur
Cognac (brandy), Creole bitters, Orgeat syrup, Sugar cube
I tried this to use up some bourbon that I didn't care for, and it worked fairly well with the orange. It needs more bitters, though.
Doesn't quite work as is. I added some amaro montenegro to tie it all together and it was perfect after that.
I could really only taste the wine. I can see what Thomas was going for, but I don't think it works with modern ingredients.
Gin, Amaro (e.g. Montenegro), Elderflower liqueur, Lemon juice
Really nice even without soda, or unsweetened soda instead.
Light white rum, Lime juice, Sugar syrup (2:1), Amaro (e.g. Montenegro), Crème de violette
Dark/black rum, Amaro (e.g. Averna), Cola
Trying to figure out why a 'London' sour would feature Whisky rather than Gin...
I assume because it was made for the opening of the London branch of his restaurant chain.
Foe those who like a bit of sourness, I would add at most 5 mL of lemon juice. Otherwise, excellent.
Better with 2-3 oz only of cola.
Is there any drink with Montenegro that isn't good? This is really nice even if the proportions of gin, vermouth, and amaro are equal.
