How to make

Serve in a Coupe glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

I tried this to use up some bourbon that I didn't care for, and it worked fairly well with the orange. It needs more bitters, though.

This just did not work for me. No flavor at all from the orange and grand marnier. Tasted like watered down bourbon, and I did omit the water.

Omitted the water out of laziness and, well…it was delicious and will make again, again omitting the h2o
