Ingredients:
12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
12 oz Ketel One Vodka
12 oz Patrón Silver blanco tequila
12 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
2 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water

How to make:

SHAKE first 8 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda.

Review:

Like the Long Island Iced Tea, the Quattro Bianchi uses "all the white spirits in the well" but is a tad dryer than most renditions of the LA Iced Tea.

History:

Italian for "four whites," the Quattro Bianchi dates from 1980s and is the Italian answer to the Long Island Iced Tea.

Surprisingly lame/tame. Not tart/sweet enough? The void from the no-cola is deafening. I guess this had to be a thing? I may just experiment with different fizzy toppers now though, hmm...

Dangerous, but in a very good way. Slightly tart and very refreshing. All ingredients blend well together. It is very easy to drink and not realize the amount of alcohol in the cocktail.
Perfect anytime, but excellent on a warm afternoon.
Being in Southern California (San Diego) we had our cocktail with a spicy batch of guacamole and corn tortilla chips/crisps.
