Made it with Jameson Stout edition, to pump up that delicious stout flavor, Guinness Extra Stout, and egg white. Very interesting cocktail, my new go to whiskey sour for sure!

This looks really interesting, how comes no egg white? Do you not recommend with the stout?

So maybe go with Aqua Faba or a foaming agent...and one might enjoy the best of both worlds.

Purely personal taste. It would look better with egg white, but this would impact the attractive smell of stout, which is striking with the first sip.
