Absolutely delicious. Definite favourite.

Two years later and revising. Topped up the sour Cherry gin with Hayman’s OT gin, no Luxardo so 10ml Gustav blueberry/raspberry liqueur, 4 drops Bob’s choc bitters and approx 8 BT aromatic bitters. Lovely contrast of the drink’s herbal intensity and fruit brightness with the brooding bittersweet cherry garnish.

Used my home steeped raspberry + strawberry gin plus a splash of Botanist, tweaked the Luxardo up - more fruity, just as tasty.

Tried this using Tarquin's black cherry gin. Very tasty, one for the favourite list.

I added some lime juice and dry sloe gin and balanced that with Guignolet and Maraschino. Great nightcap.

I used Plymouth Sloe gin instead of Sour cherry gin and found it to be a little better. Found it to be a little tart with the Sour cherry gin.
