Ingredients:
1 23 oz Luxardo Sour Cherry Gin
23 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
0.08 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist & Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Tried this using Tarquin's black cherry gin. Very tasty, one for the favourite list.

I added some lime juice and dry sloe gin and balanced that with Guignolet and Maraschino. Great nightcap.

I used Plymouth Sloe gin instead of Sour cherry gin and found it to be a little better. Found it to be a little tart with the Sour cherry gin.
