I do find it funny that Satvik meant it to be an after-dinner drink, yet the classification here is of an 'aperitif'. Nevertheless, pretty good, although I don't find it as spice forward as described in other reviews. Perhaps it's my Helbing Kuemmel.

A beautifully delicate and balanced cocktail. But we added a single drop of celery bitters to bring it down from the clouds and back to earth.

Important to get the micro balancing right on this one - curse the stupid dasher on the bitters bottle! As described, delicate and subtly spicy.

This martini style cocktail works for me. Probably because it isn’t bone dry & also has a lovely slightly nutty flavour.
Enjoying it after a full blown roast dinner & wondering about having another :-)
