Outstanding nightcap. Originally made per the recipe, and used Johnnie Walker Black. Decided to do a misting of absinthe to the top of the drink and it took it to another level. Some of the smoky of the Scotch Whisky was softened and the other flavours of the Whisky came to the forefront along with the herbals. Perfect.

“Rob-Bob” may not be as poetic but it’s certainly a shorter name for the love child of a Rob Roy + Bobby Burns
