This is elegantly sour and delicious. All I had available was vanilla infused simple syrup, so I used that and I don’t think it changed the flavor much. I don’t know because I’ve made it only once, but it was tasty.

Excellent, the proportions are perfect. Respect the two lines of absinthe so that it doesn't take over.

Prosecco needs adding to the list of ingredients. Looks delicious!
