Picked for the Parappa the Rappa episode of the Cocktail Mode podcast (the link being onions - IYKYK).

I found it a delicious blend of sweet and savour; the pickling brine released by the onion combining beautifully with the Lime - it's been 25c down on the South Coast on this first day of May and this was a lovely refresher after work! Cheers Karan!
