I was a little concerned it would a “Strega bomb” but actually it was very pleasantly tangy with perfect sweet-sour balance, and quite fruity as well as the obvious herbal notes. Loved the absinthe spritz too, worked well here.

Got that bottle of Kina L' Aero d'Or. Delicious stuff and yes it works so well here. Still five star!

Happy Friday the 13th! Perfect timing. Tried googling but wasn’t able to find a story behind the name of this one, so maybe we can subtitle it the “witches corpse reviver” in honour of the Strega.
