I would agree. Or up the cognac by a third to have a full glass. ;)

Loved your thought process. Tried with decreasing the Amaretto by 1/3 and upping the cognac. Still a bit sweet, but much better. Needs to sit and let the ice melt a bit. Might do a splash of water next time.
