Joe Gilmore made this with lime juice but it's much better with lemon juice. Indeed I'm guilty of also tweaking the proportions of the other ingredients...
Enjoyed this before dinner. Interesting combination of flavours from the Whisky and vermouth. Lemon adds a nice citrus hint, but not overpowering. Slight sweetness but perfect as an aperitif.
