Joe Gilmore made this with lime juice but it's much better with lemon juice. Indeed I'm guilty of also tweaking the proportions of the other ingredients...

It's very nice, but I feel like the Sir Winston proportions make a much better cocktail, but this is also very nice.

Rather good but left me with a feeling it lacked a specific trait, something on par with its name.

Enjoyed this before dinner. Interesting combination of flavours from the Whisky and vermouth. Lemon adds a nice citrus hint, but not overpowering. Slight sweetness but perfect as an aperitif.
