Taking the Benedictine back to 10ml sounds like a good call. I used carpano but I thinks it’s a bit ott. Used the built-in dasher on the angostura bottle and 3 was def excessive. Bogarts could be great…

As usual, improved as it warmed a little to release the aromatics and more delicate flavours.
