Absolutely delicious. Lovely balance between the sweet, sour and bitters. We used Luxardo for the liqueur, Maker's Mark #46 for the Bourbon and simple syrup. And we gave it a bit of a head with some Aqua Faba. Bravo to the creator.
This looks interesting Scott, it's firmly on my wishlist, it's just quite a long list at the moment! I also LOVE a paper plane, I know what you mean on strength, however I'd normally remedy that by having a second paper plane 😉
