Being big drinkers of Rhum Agricole not sure why it took us so long to try this cocktail. It was unbelievably good. Being that we like our drink on the dry side, we use Clement Creole Shrub instead of the sirop de canne. Resulting in less sweetness and a mild hint of orange. Wonderful cocktail. Will definitely do again.
As always, thank you Simon for a wonderful cocktail experience.

There was once a world before Daiquiri bitters and this is the world wherein I live. This drink was pleasant but would it - and my world - be transformed with the addition of these bitters?

They are indeed transformative!

I love a (Bacardi limited edition) Daiquiri but have been struggling to get the right balance for my 50% Husk pure cane agricole. These proportions of lime and sugar syrup balance it out nicely!!

A perfectly balanced daiquiri. My first use of rhum agricole -- what a way to start!
