A sweet peat BOMB! If you want this to be a negroni you'll need to dial back the scotch - since the smokiness overwhelms the contributions of the Campari and Punt E Mes (although some of the sweetness certainly comes from the amari). I might try again, with a bit less scotch, to see if I can draw out the negroni roots.
