Yes the Lillet/d'Or combo works well together! Didn't realize the Kina L' Aero was wine based untiI I opened it. Plus an open bottle of Bonal and now an open bottle of Lillet Blanc as called for in combo in most of the kina recipes on the site. Gotta get after them while they're fresh!

Indeed 😂. I ended up investing in a Coravin pivot about six months ago because my consumption rate couldn’t keep up with my desire to try all the different shiny bottles at once!

Fascinating! This might be what I need. Sometimes the Dolin dry seems a bit past it's best.
